COVID-19 Policy
Maintaining Physical Distancing – AT ALL TIMES
Physical distancing means maintaining a distance of at least 2 metres (6 feet) or more between persons. By practicing physical distancing, you are less likely to be exposed to a respiratory virus. In cases where maintaining physical distance of 2 meters is difficult due to the logistics of loading and unloading, the use of PPE is mandatory.
Personal Protective Equipment – If any couriers are required to enter any warehouse or office, they will be required to wear: Mask Gloves Protective eyewear
Contactless Deliveries, when possible – Contactless deliveries involve the courier personnel leaving the package(s) on the loading dock, ringing the doorbell, stepping back 2-meters (6ft) to ensure physical distancing, and visual confirmation the delivery has been completed and/or verbal confirmation. Avoid the use of shared materials (pens, markers, knife, tape) and paperwork
